Family and friend visitation with inmates at the Muskogee County Jail is conducted online only through NCIC. The facility does not offer in-person personal visitation for family members or friends.

Inmate visitation services are provided through NCIC Inmate Communications .
Family members and friends who wish to visit with an inmate must create an account with NCIC and use the NCIC online visitation system.

Important Visitation Information
- No in-person visitation is available for family or friends.
- All personal inmate visits are conducted remotely through NCIC.
- Visitors must create an NCIC account and follow NCIC's instructions for scheduling and completing a visit.
- Visitation privileges may be restricted or suspended when required for facility security, inmate disciplinary reasons, or other applicable detention center policies.
Attorney & Professional Visits
In-person visitation at the Muskogee County Jail is limited to attorneys and other authorized professional visitors who are permitted access under facility procedures.
Attorneys and other professional visitors should contact the Muskogee County Jail directly for information regarding access, scheduling, identification requirements and applicable facility procedures.
Family members, friends and other personal visitors should not report to the facility for visitation. Personal visits must be completed online through NCIC.
